Dear itsallmentalmasturbation, I spend 10 bones on Esquire’s Big Black Book.  Then I take the effort to exacto knife the pages out.  Then I walk to the scanner in my office. Then I scan the page. Then I email it to myself. Then I upload it in Blogger.  I may even write some words about it. Why you gotta son the shit outta me by not offering credit?  Damn, can a blogger live? Good day!
